Our Mission
Our mission is to “resource and develop churches that connect people with Jesus Christ.” We equip and encourage one another for the purpose of carrying out the church’s mission of making disciples of all nations (Matt 28:19-20). Jesus said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8). We take Jesus’ directives seriously. To strengthen each church’s ability to achieve this Jesus-directed mission, we develop visionary pastoral leaders, revitalize churches, plant new churches (including Fresh Expressions of church), and foster our connections with one another for mutual edification, fellowship, and enjoyment.

We are excited to announce our plenary speaker, Rev. Dr. Charlie Dates, a Senior Pastor and nationally recognized Bible teacher, bringing Christ-centered preaching to inspire and equip. Dr. Dates is a trusted and prolific communicator who speaks regularly at churches, conferences, and academic institutions across the country. His voice has been featured on platforms such as Christianity Today, Preaching Magazine, and RightNow Media.
On Wednesday, Rev. Doug Rife from Clarity, Director of Soul Care & Leader Health, will be sharing practical insights on healthy soul care for all who serve in the ministry. Clarity was born from a burden: loved leaders were burning out, questioning their calling, and losing joy in the work God gave them. Rev. Rife's mission is simple: help leaders gain clarity in God’s direction so they can lead with passion, strength, and purpose—without losing their soul.
