Meet the Coaches
Donna Lee Lamonth
Donna Lee Lamothe is an ordained pastor, church planter, and ministry leader with a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Human Services. She brings extensive experience in preaching, leadership development, and discipleship, with a focus on communicating Scripture with clarity and everyday relevance. Donna is the founder of inSPIRE Ministries and author of inSPIRE—Faith for a Whole Life.
Lead Pastor of New Life Bible Fellowship and director of New Life Pulpit Coaching, Phil combines more than 20 years of ministry leadership experience with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Exposition from Moody Bible Institute. His passion for the clear and urgent proclamation of God's Word drives his commitment to helping pastors and preachers bring greater clarity, urgency, and biblical faithfulness to the pulpit.
