Forming Christ-Shaped Leaders. Strengthening Christ-Shaped Churches.

Why an Ethics Institute?

Across the country, people cite Christian behavior as a top reason they distrust or leave the church. Mission Northwest is committed to helping congregations bridge the gap between what we believe and how we live. Simply put, we need each other to live and sustain ethical faith.

Ethics Institute modules encourage the cultivation of a culture where leaders embody integrity, healthy relationships, and Christ-formed decision making.

Pastors, staff, lay-leaders, ministry teams, and anyone seeking to individually and corporately live out the Gospel in daily life.
